Before True West Media, I worked closely with a few marketing agencies and saw the same problems over and over again. Businesses were paying for "full-service" packages filled with services they didn't need, couldn't measure, or that simply didn't work.
I watched Alberta business owners including hardworking dentists, contractors, and auto shop owners spend thousands on marketing agencies that promised the world but delivered confusing reports and underwhelming results.
